With our comprehensive 21-day grief journaling program, you can start your healing and self-discovery grief journey at your own pace. Structured by a widow, this program is designed to guide you through three vital phases, each spanning seven days, as you navigate the challenging landscape of grief towards growth. All work is self-paced. Daily prompts are emailed to you, with videos describing the prompt in-depth to help you work through the exercise. Have you ever wanted to work through intense grief emotions but there are things you haven't said out loud? Do you want to work through emotions and feelings without being in a group environment? If so, this program was meant for you. Regardless of your stage in grief, this program helps you to reflect on emotions, identify the present and look towards a future.

Phase 1: Reflection & the Beginning of Grief Work, The "Then" (Days 1-7)
In the initial phase, gently delve into your emotions, allowing reflective prompts to guide you through the maze of grief. Witness the depths of your feelings, acknowledging and accepting them as a crucial part of your journey to move forward. Through daily journaling exercises, you'll lay the foundation for a more profound understanding of your grief.

Phase 2: Heal & Rebuild, The "Now" (Days 8-14)
As you progress, shift your focus towards healing. Explore coping mechanisms, gratitude practices, and self-compassion strategies. Engage in activities that promote healing and rebuilding, fostering a sense of renewal. Each journal prompt is crafted to empower you to take intentional steps toward understanding where you are in the here and now with grief in every aspect of your life.

Phase 3: Thrive & Grow, The "Future" (Days 15-21)
The final phase marks the transition from healing to growth. Embrace post-traumatic growth as you explore avenues for personal development and self-care. Journaling exercises will guide you in creating a roadmap for your future, ensuring that the pain of grief becomes a catalyst for positive transformation.

Program Highlights

  • Daily Guided Prompts and Videos: Thoughtfully crafted prompts tailored to each phase of your journey, an instructional video is sent each day along with the prompt. You will have access to prompts via email as well as in a GoogleShare Drive. You can revisit them at any time and use them for years to come as your life and grief shifts.

  • Widow Insights: Benefit from the experience of another widow offering guidance and support through a shared experience. Share your prompts daily or weekly back with us and at the end of the 21-Day program, receive tailored steps to help you move forward in your grief.

  • One virtual meet for (30) mins at the end of the program to discuss your revelations in grief and identify a way forward for your current state.
